About Guilford Garden and Lawn

Guilford Garden & Lawn began in 1993 when Bob Campbell formed Campbell & Sons Yard Care, working with his son Eric. Their recipe for success was simple: be dependable and courteous, always do a great job keeping people's yards well-mowed and looking their absolute best, and people will ask you back year after year.

On Bob's passing in 2013, Eric took the reigns. Soon thereafter, Campbell & Sons merged with Guilford Garden Center in Greensboro, NC. However, the owner of the store retired the next year, and the garden center side of the business was sold. The lawn care division, which had become known as Guilford Garden and Lawn, once again became its own separate company, again with Eric at the helm.

In April of 2020, Eric partnered with Lyon Herbert, who brings Guilford Garden and Lawn over a decade of extensive yard maintenance and horticulture experience.
